The Australasian Conference on Robotics and Automation (ACRA 2019), to be held in Adelaide in December is now calling for papers.
The event is jointly organised by the Australian Robotics and Automation Association (ARAA) and the School of Mechanical Engineering’s Robotics Research Group at the University of Adelaide. The conference is hosted by The University of Adelaide.
ACRA 2019 brings together researchers, engineers, academics, students, practitioners, organisations and industries to discuss the current state of the art of research and advancement of technology in robotics and automation.
Topics include:
- Agricultural robots and automation
- Industrial robots and automation
- Autonomous systems
- Sensors and actuators
- Advanced instrumentation and control
- Mechatronics system and design
- Signal and image processing
- MEMS and NEMS
- Rehabilitation robots
- Robotics education
- Smart materials
- Human-machine interface
- Machine vision
Submissions must be original, unpublished work containing new and interesting results that demonstrate current research in all areas relevant to robotics and automation.
All full papers submitted to ACRA 2019 will undergo a peer-review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers who will give detailed comments.
If the submission is accepted, the authors will be required to submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account their feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
