ProPak Asia 2018, one of the world’s biggest packaging shows, opens in Thailand next month with the latest packaging innovation from Australia on show.
For the third consecutive year, the Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association (APPMA) will host the Australian Pavillion in the Packaging Zone in Bangkok from June 13-16.
The APPMA developed the pavilion to assist Australian packaging and processing manufacturers and distributors to showcase their products and companies to the Asian market.

Who’s exhibiting?
Exhibiting in the Australian Pavilion is Fibre King, HMPS, INOX Australia, Natec Network – Gold Peg (Australia) and Natec, Process Plant Network, Profile Solutions, Rhima Australia and the APPMA. APPMA Member companies Heat & Control and tna will also be exhibiting at the show.
Fibre King
Fibre King, a 90-year-old engineering company, specialising in the design and manufacture of end of line packaging machinery, will showcase its latest robotics solutions.
The display will include Fibre King’s new purpose built three axis articulated arm robot, with special demonstrations for show visitors. The new robot will revolutionise the way in which cases and products are loaded and collated.
HMPS
HMPSwill showcase its new look and new design machinery including a new IoT service HMPS Connect, with a prototype on display.
HMPS is one of the largest case packing and palletising machinery builders in Australia, offering custom robotic solutions.
INOX Australia
INOX Australia will have on display its new Instantiser, which rapidly dissolves and disperses viscous solids, semi solids and powders more effectively than any other system.
It will also feature the Kelstream heat exchanger for inline cooling or heating of food products.
Navtec Network
And Navtec Network, a first time exhibitor at ProPak Asia will showcase its innovative cooking and processing systems.
This includes Gold Peg, which specialises in direct steam Injection cooking & processing systems and Natec filling and forming equipment.
Process Plant Network
Another first-time exhibitor at the show, Melbourne-based Process Plant Network(PPN)will display its IOPAK ranges as well as international machinery manufactures such as Graco, Solpac and Firex. PPN has been exporting machines worldwide for several years.
Also, Profile Solutions will be showing a working 4LD Plastic bottle leak tester. The company manufactures the fastest plastic bottle leak testers per test head in the world and now export to 35 countries.
Rhima Australia
Rhima will showcase its latest washing solutions including tray, pot, utensil and bread and vegetable crate washers.
Heat & Control and tna
APPMA member companies Heat and Controland tnawill also be represented at ProPak in the processing pavilion.

At ProPak Asia, APPMA plans to launch its 2018 Member Directory.
