The Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association (APPMA) will again showcase Australia’s most innovative packaging technology at PACK EXPO Las Vegas next month.
It is the fifth consecutive year the APPMA has represented the Australian packaging industry at the world-renowned show.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas brings together more than 2000 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors from virtually every vertical market.
“The APPMA is proud to exhibit once again at PACK EXPO as this event offers global exposure for our member capabilities and access for companies looking for innovative Australian manufactured packaging and processing machinery and agency opportunities,” said APPMA Chairman Mark Dingley.
The APPMA represents Australia’s leading packaging and processing machinery and allied components companies.
Its members include manufacturers, distributors and importers of packaging and processing machinery who are suppliers to industries such as food, beverage, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, confectionery, bakery and fresh produce.
“We are also looking forward to once again sponsoring and being a participating exhibitor in the Amazing Packaging Race for 2017 and we are extremely proud of our small contribution to this fabulous event for packaging students in the US,” said Mr Dingley.
Amazing Packaging Race
The Amazing Packaging Race will be held during the last day of PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2017 in the Las Vegas Convention Centre on September 27.
Participating students will compete on the nearly 275,000 sqm of show floor space to complete a series of tasks assigned by exhibitors – one of which will be at the APPMA stand in the Association Partner Pavilion.
“As a sister-association to the PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, the APPMA believes that participation at PACK EXPO helps the APPMA to strengthen our international profile as one of the leading packaging and processing machinery associations in the world,” said Mr Dingley.
