The AUSPACK Business and Industry Conference to be held in Melbourne next month will give businesses an insight into the latest technology to drive the packaging industry into the future.
The conference features a host of international and national speakers who will share case studies to help businesses succeed.
To be hosted by the APPMA, the theme for the two-day AUSPACK 2019 Business and Industry Conference is all about being Smart. Connected. Sustainable.
Award-winning facilitator Nigel Collin will MC the conference at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Presenters include:
- Michael Jee, sales director for Vanderlande, a global market leader in the parcel and process automation business space. Mr Jee will discuss innovation in distribution on the changing face of logistics. He will outline the type of innovation and automation that can be introduced to maximise efficiencies. He will also identify the impact e-commerce is having on the supply chain and how customer demand is influencing innovation.
- Ben Culligan, ANZ Marketing Director, Treasury Wine Estate who will discuss smart packaging innovation. Mr Culligan has 15 years' experience across retail, sales and marketing on global consumer brands. He will show how your business can keep up with ever-changing technology advancements in the marketplace. And he will explain how to implement innovative strategies to maximise product authenticity, and prevent counterfeiting.
- Andrew Russo, General Manager Sales and Marketing, Orora Fibre, will discuss packaging sustainable solutions in practiceas he shares insights into the sustainable processes implemented by Orora.
- Angeline Archariya, CEO, Monash Food Innovation Centre, will delve into the challenges and opportunities from rising customer expectation in a presentation titled Keeping up with Customers – Customer Driven Innovation.
