DB Schenker, the world´s leading global exhibition logistics provider, is partnering with August Robotics, a Hong Kong based robotics and artificial intelligence company, to automate exhibition venues across the globe.
August Robotics, founded by Australian Alex Wyatt, is building a suite of robots in Shenzhen, China, that will work alongside people to make labour-intensive tasks more efficient, reliable and safe.
Its first bot will assist exhibition companies to optimise the process of setting up trade shows around the world.
DB Schenker is supporting August Robotics with consultancy service and business advice, benefitting from over 60 years of experience in servicing the exhibition industry.
In addition, DB Schenker will provide global logistics services as well as on-site operational support to the August Robotics team.
